Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC Track Day Refund Policy

At Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC, we strive to provide exceptional track day experiences. We run rain or shine. Due to the substantial costs associated with event organization, we have established the following refund policy:

1. General Policy:

  • All track day ticket purchases are considered final, except as required by applicable law.
  • Refunds are not provided for cancellations or no-shows, except in cases of event cancellation by Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC.
  • This policy is in place to ensure that we can cover the significant expenses related to securing track time, staffing, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Transfer of ticket to another driver is allowed, provided that all driver requirements are met, and Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC is notified prior to the event.

2. Transfer Policy:

  • Ticket transfers to another driver are permitted, subject to the following conditions:
    • The transferring driver must notify Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC via email at support@speedphenom.com with the new driver's full name, contact information, and vehicle details.
    • The new driver must meet all event requirements, including but not limited to valid driver's license, appropriate safety gear, and vehicle compliance.
    • Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC reserves the right to refuse a transfer if the new driver does not meet the event requirements.
  • A transfer fee of $35 may apply.

3. Credit Policy (Limited Circumstances):

  • In extremely limited circumstances, such as event cancellation by Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC, a credit may be issued for a future track day.
  • Credits are issued at the discretion of Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC, based on consistently applied criteria.
  • Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.

4. Event Cancellation by Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC:

  • In the rare event that Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC cancels a track day, participants will be offered a credit for a future event or a refund.

5. No-Shows:

  • Participants who fail to attend a track day will forfeit their ticket and no refund or credit will be issued.

6. Disclaimer:

  • Track days are inherently risky activities. Participants assume all risks associated with participation.
  • Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during the event.
  • All participants are required to sign a separate waiver of liability and associated event documents prior to participating in the event.

7. Policy Changes:

  • Speed Phenom Track Attack LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, at its sole discretion.
  • Significant changes to this policy will be communicated to ticket holders via email or posted on our website within a reasonable timeframe prior to taking effect.

  • Track day spots are limited, and cancellations can significantly impact our ability to cover event costs.
