A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR
The 2024 Ford Mustang GT Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Speed Phenom Sweepstakes LLC, located in Carlsbad, California (the "Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Ford Motor Company, Meta, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Google, YouTube, or any other entity unless otherwise stated. Any trademarks or brand names used are for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, and Florida) who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other entity involved in the Sweepstakes' development, execution, or fulfillment, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on 3-10-25 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on 7-31-25 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor’s database is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes through one of the following methods:
(a) Automatic Entry via Purchase
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants who make a purchase from the Sponsor’s official website at https://www.speedphenom.com will automatically receive one (1) entry per each whole dollar spent (excluding taxes, fees, and shipping). Certain promotional periods may offer bonus entries at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Fraudulent activity in connection with purchases is strictly prohibited. Any entrant found to be making purchases solely to obtain entries with the intent to return the items afterward will be disqualified and banned from future promotions.
(b) Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a standard, hand-printed #10 envelope (no metered mail permitted) with proper postage affixed to:

Each mail-in entry will be counted as 5 entries. If received during a designated bonus entry period, the number of entries will be multiplied by the bonus multiplier for that period. Mail-in entries postmarked during bonus periods must clearly state the bonus multiplier (e.g., "10X", "50X") in the bottom left corner of the envelope.
*Update as of 4/03/2025 - There are currently no active "designated bonus entry periods" available at this time. We will provide updates if this changes. For clarification purposes, "designated bonus entry periods" when available will be identifiable with the words "designated bonus entry period" on the speedphenom.com landing page.
Mail-in entries must be handwritten by the entrant only. The use of third-party services to submit mail-in entries is strictly prohibited. Each envelope must be mailed individually—bulk shipments will not be accepted. Any attempt to manipulate the entry process will result in disqualification.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 30th and received by July 31st.
5. PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING
One (1) winner will be selected to receive the following Grand Prize:
- One (1) 2024 Ford Mustang GT (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $50,000
The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $50,000. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the vehicle, including insurance, registration, title, transportation, and any modifications required to meet local regulations, including emissions and safety compliance. The vehicle will be awarded “as is” with no warranty provided by the Sponsor.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about July 31. The potential winner will be contacted via the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry.
If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, or fails to complete the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
If no eligible winner claims the prize after three rounds of alternate selection, the Sponsor may choose to forfeit the prize at its discretion.
The winner must participate in a live social media announcement to verify their identity and claim their prize.
7. TAXES & EXPENSES
The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the total ARV of the prize to the winner. The winner must provide a valid Social Security number or other required tax information before receiving the prize.
All costs associated with the transfer, registration, and licensing of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE & SOCIAL MEDIA REQUIREMENTS
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The winner must participate in a live social media announcement upon claiming the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to document the prize handover through photos, video, and social media content, which may be used for promotional purposes.
9. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by California law without regard to conflict of law principles. Entrants agree that all disputes will be resolved exclusively in a court located in San Diego County, California.
By entering, each entrant waives any right to a jury trial, class-action lawsuit, punitive damages, and indirect damages related to disputes arising from this Sweepstakes.
WAIVER OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542: Entrants understand and agree that they are waiving any rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:
“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by them must have materially affected their settlement with the debtor or released party."
10. SCAM WARNING & FRAUD PROTECTION
The Sponsor will never ask for credit card details, bank information, or any form of payment to claim the prize. Winner notifications will only come from official Speed Phenom Sweepstakes LLC channels. Any request for payment is a scam and should be reported immediately.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.
